Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an enthusiastic claims associate to join our friendly international team. This is a great opportunity to kick off your career in a well-known reinsurance company. This role is suitable also for fresh graduates with a fluent English. We are happy to teach you all you need to know about insurance claims, coverages, type of losses and much more if you are willing to learn and would like to grow in your career. Claims Associate Responsibilities:
• Examine claims documents received
• Establish claims files and register new losses in internal system
• Examine documents to resolve any required adjustments
• Review client inquiries regarding open billing invoices and statements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claim payments and claims setup
• Remain up to date of company and industry changes as well as changes in internal processes and procedures
• Provide operational support as needed to various business lines by contacting external vendors and gaining required information
Work with other internal teams to assure data completeness
