iptiQ EMEA is a Luxemburg based insurer with branches in UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France and Italy. The role of our Team is to support the delivery of iptiQ´s growth for these locations and other countries across Europe.

We are looking for visionary and creative self-starters to undertake these key support roles for one of Swiss Re's strategic initiatives.

About the Role

The role will have a number of responsibilities, focusing on key areas:

- Supporting live accounts from a B2B Account Management point of view.
- Representing iptiQ EMEA as first point of contact for distribution partners and any non-commercial requests.
- To ensure a high level of Operations Account Management is provided to distribution partners with the main focus being on providing then with the best partner experience.
- Represent iptiQ Operations during the On-Boarding process of new Distribution Partners.
- Collaborating closely with iptiQ Technology and Customer Care and other internal teams at iptiQ to support distribution partners.
- Involvement in other ad hoc iptiQ Operations Team projects and activities as required.
- Issue Resolution: to identify & manage issues arising through to appropriate and timely resolution

Main Tasks:

1. Ensure efficient Operations Account Management and working closely with the distribution partner account manager.
2. Manage changes in collaboration with other departments.
3. Provide operational support for our Third-Party Administrators (TPA) including assisting the managing and tracking of day to day queries relevant for the distribution partners.
4. Assist in the operational oversight over outsourcing partners and IT vendors.
5. Support in the gathering and creation of reporting requirements for our distribution partners.
6. Be involved with our continuous improvement programme suggesting improvements in Operational Account Management.
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

About You

1. English is iptiQ´s business language and therefore essential. The command of German is a must for this role. Any additional European language is a plus.
2. You are able to own and manage you own workload, prioritising this workload depending on the business needs.
3. You have strong social, interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. You are Customer driven with a real passion for high quality customer care.
5. You are happy working independently and also working collaborately with the team as required especially in a virtual environment.
6. You are committed to accuracy, attention to detail and quality. You take pride in the work you produce, especially when this work is shared with external partners.
7. You are happy to work in an area that is fluid and developing.
8. You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is important.
9. Experience in process improvements would be an advantage.
10. Experience gained in sales and service call centres and customer/policy administration areas.
