Become a Procurement Operations Specialist in Procurement Team! The Procurement Operation Specialist contributes to driving internal procurement services throughout the end-to-end vendor life cycle while enabling category, regional and execution teams to perform on their scope in a standardized way. The Procurement Operations Specialist engages with building and running consistent procurement procedures as well as:
Executes on the procurement operations activities such as but not limited to:
- Reconciliation of invoices for Market Data & Information category
- Providing guidance and 2nd level support in Source to Pay process
- Training the business users (internal clients) in the procurement tool
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices for Centralized Procurement Services
- Completing any ad hoc data quality tasks
- Executes on the procurement operations activities and supports the business users (internal customer) with a high quality globally while ensuring the business users needs are anticipated
- Responsible for building and maintaining user self-service and process guidance
- Responsible for smooth running and continual improvement of customer service anticipating the user communities 'needs with the focus on creating positive user experience
- Responsible for managing relationship with key user groups
- Responsible for developing the Regional Procurement network
- Accountable for driving own career, performance, and development

Along with its Regional business partners and through established Procurement networks, this team implements the strategy to deliver value, improve quality, optimize cost, and mitigate risk in the supply chain.

- Ideally, the candidate will have 5 years of experience in the procurement, insurance, re-insurance, or financial services industry.
- Candidate will be required to communicate effectively with Business partners and external suppliers. Candidate shall demonstrate analytical and critical thinking with a focus on driving balanced performance and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required at a minimum; in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or appropriate technical field. Strong preference for reporting and analytics background.
- Proficient in English, other language desirable.
