About the Role

Supports the global function of Chief Security Office by managing, planning and running globally consistent, efficient and customer focused access compliance processes, ensuring their implementation & proactive monitoring as well as continual improvement. Ensures timely delivery and compliance of recertification and reconciliation campaigns within defined timelines, Service Levels, Operational Levels and regulatory requirements. Manages and directs the activities of the ACO Circle and consults with impacted parties where needed to address quality assurance, compliance or service improvement related activities.

Main tasks/activities
• Ensure that all access process campaigns related to compliance are handled in a timely and effective way, adhering to departmental standards and policies, key indicators, service levels and coping effectively with complexity and volume.
• Provide an effective, efficient and customer-oriented delivery as well as continual service improvement of access management processes.
• Improve self-audit and quality assurance capabilities in line with governance and regulatory requirements (ITGC etc.) to monitor potential compliance issues.
• Assure the resolution of incidents and problems within team's responsibility.
• Ensure timely, appropriate, clear and targeted communication is handled to both internal and external customers.
• Lead, participate and support projects in access management.
• Responsible for setting clear and consistent performance objectives, implementing performance management and development plans to ensure that high standards of performance and productivity are achieved and maintained, enabling an inspiring agile culture.
• Foster a culture of learning and development by setting development goals and sponsoring career development opportunities, whilst developing a motivating culture within the team by recognising exceptional efforts and achievements.
• Liaise and connect with all functions of IAM as well as other partners.
• Provide effective communication and builds creative environment in the team.

Information about the selection process

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

About you

Professional experience:
• Experience in gathering and analysing relevant information to make sound decisions and solve large-scale problems in a timely manner. Sound knowledge of Swiss Re applications, access management and related tools and components.
• Excellent ITIL knowledge over all disciplines (especially Access Management, Request Fulfilment, Incident Management) and proven experience in best practices.
• Experience in gathering and analysing relevant information to make sound decisions, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor and assess work processes, to overcome obstacles in order to achieve goals and objectives.
• Experience in working in complex environments and cultural sensitivity.
• Conviction and encourages commitment in others to the organisation's mission, goals and strategies.
Education and certifications/training:
• Degree or qualification in an IT related subject area or equivalent technical and business experience
• ITIL foundations (V4)
Language requirements:
Good to excellent command of English both written and verbal.
