Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for new talents to join our international and friendly team. This is a great opportunity to kick off your career in the reinsurance company. This role is suitable also for fresh graduates with a fluent English. We are happy to teach you all you need to know about Claims, if you are willing to learn. - Examine claims documents received
- Establish claims files in internal system
- Examine documents to determine any required adjustments
- Review client inquiries regarding open billing invoices and statements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claim payments and claims setup
- Remain up to date of company and industry changes as well as changes in internal processes and procedures
- Provide operational support as needed to various business lines by contacting external vendors and gaining required information
- Work with other internal teams to assure data completeness
