About the Role
 
  • Provide proficient advisory to EMEA based hiring managers in each step of recruiting journey
  • Initiate recruiting – run initial recruitment strategy session with hiring manager (advise on market overview, local labour law, job ads options, job description etc.)
  • Advise the manager at the interview stage and participate in the interviews (where applicable)
  • Engage in complex offer management, from suggesting offer parameters to discussing local regulations
  • Manage and analyze candidate data
  • Build deep understanding of Swiss Re culture and jobs content, and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity
  • Establish positive relationships with designated client groups by acting as a trusted advisor
  • Develop relationships within EMEA HR community at Swiss Re
  • Participate on/lead project work as defined at local, regional and/or global level
  • Partner with recruiting agencies (explain job description, team environment, personality requirements & desired candidates‘ professional background), build and expand knowledge of suitable agencies within client area in EMEA region
  • Identify gaps in internal regulations and give feedback in this respect
  • Review and update policies and procedures in line with changes to legislation and best practice and help to ensure these are well communicated and upheld
 

About the Team

 

The Recruitment Advisory EMEA team in Bratislava consists of 11 Recruitment Advisors and oversees a full cycle recruitment in EMEA region. The team explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract the best talent, increase candidate experience, foster Employer Brand and recognize recruiting as a core people management skill.

Personality requirements and skills


 
  • We are looking for HR professional with experience in an international company. Further we expect:
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in recruitment consulting
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting process; incl. cross-border hiring practice and external vendor management
  • University degree or equivalent with HR professional qualification is an advantage
  • Proficient English
  • Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork to develop optimal and commercial solutions
  • Ability to influence client on various management levels to find solutions and dedication on specific topics
  • Ability to build strong client relationship based on trust and integrity
  • Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is essential
  • Dedication to self-development and being up to date on HR and recruiting practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel
