We look for somebody who will

• Search and network on the social media to source and find the right talent for Swiss Re not only locally in Slovakia but in all EMEA locations
• Coordinate recruitment process and will be working with Recruiters and hiring managers
• Organize and plan interviews, post the jobs on the job portals, handle recruitment administration tasks
• Engage with potential candidates for Finance, IT or other areas positions through EMEA market and connect them with new opportunities in Swiss Re
• Be responsible for collecting market information and doing analysis of our competitors to help Swiss Re hiring managers make the right decisions
• Build a talent pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates to support future hiring needs and potential candidates
• Focus on diverse talent to improve equal opportunity

About the Team

You will be part of well-established Recruitment EMEA team who works with hiring managers throughout various Swiss Re EMEA locations. The team helps the hiring managers in Slovakia, UK, Germany, Switzerland, or other Western Europe locations to set the right recruitment strategy, hire the talent they need and make a hiring process a smooth experience for both managers and candidates. The team partners with the dedicated business unit and builds their own business knowledge and relationship with the hiring managers in insurance or reinsurance business.
