About the Role

We are expanding our team, and we are looking for enthusiastic colleague to assist with our recruiting activities.

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, screening potential candidates, setting up interviews and advising on recruitment process. You will work directly with Recruitment Advisory Team and Hiring Managers, and assist with all recruiting-related duties.

To ensure success in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch Junior Recruiter understands the needs of the company and ensures the best candidate experience and that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Close collaboration with Recruitment Advisors in order to speed up candidate's pipeline management according to our KPIs
- Proactive advisory on job advertisements
- Coming up with solutions in hiring strategy
- Reviewing and pre-screening candidate's profiles on daily basis
- Phone-screening of candidates
- Interviewing candidates for entry-level positions
- Active sourcing for defined roles
- Communicating with candidates throughout the selection process
- Communication with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Advisors about current status of hiring process, feedback on candidates
- Administrative support in various tasks related to Recruitment
- Work with internal systems, track all changes in hiring process related to candidates and positions
- Participation in various projects (innovations, new tools, events)
