About the Role
Our engineering team is growing, and we are looking for experienced Test Architect who will play a pivotal role in the IT delivery growth in iptiQ. Collaborating with colleagues across our business and IT organization, you make sure you understand business requirements and look after a high quality project delivery. You will be responsible for:
- Building testing framework for complex Microservices Architecture and Third-Party Services
- Cross-Platform testing
- Client-Side and Backend Performance Testing
- Improving existing test architecture to be more efficient and effective
- Defining testing efforts and distribution of tests across multiple environments and configurations
- Leading multiple release cycles
- Should be able to assess performance KPI’s & provide suggestion for improvements.

Personality requirements and skills
- Ideally 8+ years plus experience as a Test Engineering Manager in the area of Functional and Non-Functional Testing
- Sophisticated knowledge of building testing framework for complex Microservices Architecture and Third-Party Services
- Deep understanding of working with in Selenium/Java/Rest Assured/Maven framework
- Familiarity with Cross-Platform testing using Saucelabs or Browserstack.
- Experience in both Client-Side and Backend PerformanceTesting, Contract Testing is a plus
- Knowledge of preparing, writing, and executing Performance tests using Jmeter, Blazemeter, Gatling or any tool
- Understanding of technologies such as web servers, application servers, databases (SQL & Oracle)
- Strong ability to read APM tools
- Experience of the full software project lifecycle (waterfall, agile, DevOps) including leading of multiple release cycles
- Proficient English skills both spoken and written
- Sophisticated knowledge of building testing framework for complex Microservices Architecture and Third-Party Services
