Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role supports our Swiss Re Local Offices within EMEA in the handling of International Program business for our corporate customers and their brokers.

Your core responsibilities will be:

- To prepare and issue documents (policies, endorsements, and certificates) for Swiss Re Local Offices as part of International Programs
- To accurately reflect the terms and conditions of business written in our administration systems
- To manage & coordinate Local Policy Issuance in close collaboration with the Producing Offices and Local Offices
- To issue invoices where required, including Insurance Premium Tax calculations
- To monitor policy and endorsement creation in the system and make necessary quality checks

Additionally, you will:

- Work closely with our producing offices and accounting departments to collect outstanding premium
- Review and verify data accuracy for issued policies, and initiate corrections when needed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Continuously improve our tools and processes by providing user feedback and improvement ideas

In International Program Operations we provide support to the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (CorSo) Underwriting Teams in handling insurance business for corporations. Our customers are some of the world leading brands, like Louis Vuitton, IBM, Evonik and ABB.

You will be joining the International Program Services Hub based in Bratislava, having a variety of proficiencies, skills and experience, all committed to bring success to Corporate Solutions. In this role you will work closely in a truly global organization with the Producing Office teams (Underwriters and Underwriting Associates) and EMEA Operations teams to provide superior experience to our customers.

- Excellent communication skills (reading, written and verbal) in English and German/French/Spanish/Dutch/Danish

- Strong user skills in Microsoft Office Package (special focus on Excel)
