Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support and solve all identity and access related issues
• Periodically conduct review of access
• Deal with the customer lifecycle (onboarding / offboarding)
• Maintain positive communication level towards customers
• Work on projects related to identity and access
• Complete assigned tasks / tickets timely with quality while meeting established service level agreements
• Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, policies and procedures to perform job functions
• Contribute to definition of the new processes
• Flexible working times and do occasional on-call duty

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• You have basic experience in identity and access management and end user support
• You can translate “IT” to the non-technical customer
• General IT knowledge (HOST, Windows, Active Directory, Network, Command line)
• Knowledge of programing language (VBA, …) and SQL
• Basic ITIL knowledge of incident, problem management and request fulfillment
• You love people! Having an outgoing personality, you genuinely like to co-create with your colleagues, partners and customers
• You are a great team-mate
• You know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook
• You possess written and spoken communication skills in English (B1 / B2 level)
