About the Role
The role will have a number of responsibilities, focusing on key areas:
- Identifying areas of improvement, evaluating business processes and developing solutions.
- Representing Service Delivery in On-Boarding process of new partners.
- Supporting live deals from a Service Delivery perspective ensuring services are provided efficiently and provide a quality customer experience in conjunction with other business departments.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationship with Distribution Partners.
- Involvement in other ad hoc iptiQ Business Operations Team projects and activities as required.
Main Tasks
The main tasks include:
Service Delivery
1. Provide support for the business as usual activities of our Third Party Administrators (TPA) including assisting the managing and tracking of day to day queries and issues relating to business as usual activities.
2. Monitor SLAs and service excellence to achieve customer satisfaction and best experience.
3. Represent Operations in the On-Boarding process of various new partners.
4. Uncover areas of improvement, suggest solutions in servicing customers and implement solutions.
5. Document and communicate the results of your efforts to cross-functional team members.
6. Assist in the operational oversight over outsourcing partners and IT vendors.
7. Support in the gathering and creation of reports for various partners.
8. Provide operational input to ensure adherence to the Target Operating Model and achievement of operational efficiency.
9. Iniciate literature changes and manage standard customer correspondence.
10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
