Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Continually improves and simplify our services and processes by analysing data, removing dependencies and co-creating automated solutions.
• Performs and evaluates compliance processes and activities in order to ensure IT General Controls are followed.
• Supports, executes and consults in recertification and reconciliation activities of access and identity rights. Co-ordinates regarding requests, incidents and/or problems with responsible bodies/parties.
• Adheres to IT Security and Governance standards in respect of access and identity management.
• Fosters a culture of learning and development. Contributes and supports teamwork and team spirit within the team as well as in inter-team collaboration.

About the Team

We are Access Compliance team, passionate about helping our vast clientele around the globe. As part of the Chief Security Office function, we provide expert access management services, ensuring our clients can stay focused on their business without a hassle. As such, we make sure our access management processes are set up in a compliant yet simple manner. We also control the access lifecycle processes for Swiss Re's internal and external employees as well as customers.

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• General IT knowledge, especially on security systems, admin platforms and access administration of business applications
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI
• Low-code Apps or Power Automate is advantage
• Experience with gathering and analysing relevant information
• Understand and solve daily challenges creatively
• Experience in working in complex environments and cultural sensitivity.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
