About the Team:

You will be part of the Division Management Team working closely with the iptiQ EMEA MT and the CEO leading and shaping the corporate agenda. This is an excellent position to get to know iptiQ as a company and to build your network across business domains with experts and leaders in various locations and on different levels. About the role:

As part of the Division Management team, you will be leading and shaping the following topics:


Prepare, organize, and steer management team meetings and offsites
Manage with employee engagement team townhalls, get-togethers and other internal events
Contribute to critical initiatives and take ownership of working packages/deliverables
Orchestrate and lead various reporting to iptiQ and Swiss Re Group level
Deputize Head Division Management and act as sparring partner driving the corporate agenda
Support the CEO and management team in various strategic activities

You possess a university degree (Master's equivalent); Business, Economics, Finance
You have obtained first experiences with internships and/or as working students; consulting is a plus
You have passion, curiosity and are dedication to learn
You have a strategic mind-set and well-developed conceptual and analytical skills
You are comfortable keeping multiple balls in the air simultaneously and handling multiple deliverables
You are committed to deliver high-quality end products keeping tight deadlines in mind
You are comfortable dealing with partners and employees on various levels
You like to have fun and don't take yourself too seriously
You are an independent problem solver and willing to challenge
You strive at storyline creation and are proficient with the office suit incl. Excel and PowerPoint
You have excellent English skills, other European languages would be a plus
