Job description, responsibilities and duties

The opportunity

As an IT Auditor Group Internal Audit (GIA), your will participating in various audit activities, with a focus on IT topics. You will be constantly challenged to learn new areas of Swiss Re, to assess the effectiveness of the relevant processes and controls. This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have organizational impact and driving the risk culture of Swiss Re.

How you can make an impact?

- Owning audit tasks delivery within an agile audit team; your key tasks will be to assess IT processes and controls in scope of an audit, and to provide quality audit issues, professional audit reports, and compelling business insights to Senior Management and stakeholders;
- Contributing to the development of data analytics to assess control related outcomes and employing data hypotheses to test data sets with the audit team and Data team in GIA.
- Participating in global and local audits, positively impacting the other GIA colleagues and using your areas of expertise to contribute effectively to GIA's audit plan
- Participating in Agile / SCRUM methodology ceremonies to promote continuous learning and forward-looking assurance and coaching members of the team on individual subject matter themes
- Participating in GIA's critical initiatives and projects as opportunities arise.

- At least 2 years of work experience relating to IT audit, information security or governance functions
- Security mindset, understanding of Information Security & Cyber risks and controls
- Knowledge of Cloud environments and how to audit them
- Knowledge and experience with IT frameworks and practices such as COBIT, ISO, NIST and CIS
- CISA, CISSP, CIA or equivalent information security experience(preferred)
- University degree (preferred)
