Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role consists mainly from these elements:
• Training ownership for new and existing employees
• Communication & Unit support activities
• Project Management
• Unit Head and Senior leadership team Assistance

Main Responsibilities

• Training ownership for new and existing employees
Coordinate Unit trainings, maintain and develop training framework, set-up newcomers' trainings and advanced trainings
Lead and ensure the pool of trainers for all relevant topics, review training materials and manage Learning One Portal Group
Provide feedback support and trainings in the assigned tasks

• Communication & Unit support activities
Manage SharePoint sites; writing, editing and adding articles on L&H TA and L&H BM EMEA SharePoint, L&H TA Yammer and coordinate monthly Unit Newsletter
Coordinate the organization of Unit level Meetings (Leadership Meeting, Ops Meeting, BOLT, Townhalls)
Prepare, collect and compile presentation materials, take detailed and structured minutes and necessary documents
Full involvement in the business activities of the Leadership, including work that is sensitive and highly confidential
Events/workshops/offsites organization, facilitation, visit organization, agenda, booking
Update Org chart, distribution lists, BAT tool, Coordinate EUA recertification and decommissioning, Ensure accesses as LHAD TA Editor

• Project Management
Good to Great Project management – lead project initiatives, within L&H BM TA unit.

• Unit Head and Senior leadership team Assistance
Provide UH support, Manage UH Calendar & Meetings schedule, any other activities

Key Accountabilities

• Collect and analyze inputs for Data Protection, Risk Management and Value Creation
• Conduct trainings and knowledge enhancement activities for the above topics for whole Unit
• Ensure up to date training plans and pool of trainers
• Provide feedback support and trainings in the assigned tasks
• Identify and coordinate corrective actions where needed
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
• Regular review and update of guidelines and working instructions related to topics above
• Communicate key findings to shopfloor and management
• Events organization and arrangements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical Accounting knowledge of processes, applications and reporting, minimum TAII experience
• Ability to quickly adapt and execute in organized manner
• Excellent skills of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge of reporting applications LH BM Cockpit and BOXI
• Self-motivated, proactive and result driven person with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team player, ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, Independent and proactive working style
• Sensitive to cultural differences
• Ability to work well under pressure and on multiple and conflicting priorities
• High level of integrity is required due to handling of sensitive data
