About the Role
- Provide proficient consultancy to EMEA based hiring managers in each step of recruiting for their vacant positions, primarily in Bratislava and Zurich
- Advise on market overview, local labour law, job ads options, job description, interview panel, etc.
- Engage in complex offer management, from suggesting offer parameters to discussing local regulations and internal equality
- Manage and analyze candidate data in order to provide sophisticated overview on EMEA recruitment
- Establish positive relationships with designated client groups by acting as a trusted partner for recruitments across EMEA
- Participate on/lead project work as defined at local, regional and/or global level
- Partner with recruiting agencies, build and expand knowledge of suitable agencies within subject area in EMEA region
- Identify gaps in internal regulations and give feedback in this respect
- Review and update policies and procedures in line with changes to legislation and best practice and help to ensure these are well communicated and upheld
This position is a maternity cover position.

You will be part of Recruitment Advisory EMEA team in Bratislava which consists of 11 Recruitment Advisors and oversees a full cycle recruitment in EMEA region. The team explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract the best talent, increase candidate experience, foster Employer Brand and recognize recruiting as a core people management skill.

- University degree or equivalent with HR professional qualification is an advantage
- You are collaborative team-mate, ready to develop efficient commercial solutions, with ability to influence client on various management levels
- Capability to build strong client relationships based on trust and integrity
- Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is essential
- You are dedicated to self-development and are up to date on recruiting practices and trends
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks at the same time with setting the priorities in parallel
- Proficient English
