Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to organize, coordinate and assist the Group Data Services (GDS) Management Team, consisting of six directors based in Switzerland.

These are the main tasks of the role:
- Daily management and coordination of Outlook calendars for all managers
- Virtual daily check ins with the Executive Assistant and Management
- Coordination and on-site management of events in Bratislava
- Remote support to organize events abroad and virtual townhalls and webinars
- Booking travel and writing itineraries for business trips
- Managing expenses
- Liaising with other Assistants to coordinate schedules and administrative tasks
- Occasional travel to Zurich
- Holiday cover for other assistants
