About The Role
In this new role, you will have the rare opportunity to help move FP&A Group Operations (FP&A GO) to the next level and support the transformation of Swiss Re's Group Operations into the digital age. It is a role with high visibility, where you can help set priorities and drive initiatives, connect the dots and the community, and build your personal leadership!
You will:
• Coordinate across and contribute to high-priority initiatives, activities and projects across the team. They can be tactical in nature (addressing questions such as, "How should we?") as they are strategic asks (addressing "What should we?").
• Orchestrate our management processes, and create representative business presentations and communications to Boards and senior executives
• Help evolve our operating model towards an agile set-up. This means, you help gear up the way we work and communicate, and you connect and integrate the dots, to enable our journey towards an agile organisation.
• Act as a sounding board to the Head of FP&A GO. This means being able to communicate wants, needs, concerns, ideas from all stakeholders in an effective & efficient way
• Act as the coach and face of the FP&A Bratislava team
• Design & facilitate FP&A conferences, offsites, meetings, and meet-ups. You will foster team leadership and define cross-unit relevant content.
• Facilitate and promote working in agile ways via channels like SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
• This role will evolve over time, which means it will fit you perfectly if you handle ambiguity with ease and if you are a lifelong learner.

The FP&A GO team is the port of call for all financial matters of the Group Operations organisation. The team is part of the Division Finance Group Operations which is directly reporting to the Group CFO and Group COO of Swiss Re Group.
Our goal is to be a valued and trustworthy strategic advisor for our partners by providing actionable financial insights. To reach this goal we work in close cooperation with the Divisions and Departments, and we embrace and promote digitization and new ways of working.
The FP&A GO team consists of 32 members plus an assistant who supports the Head FP&A GO. We are based in Zurich, Bratislava and Armonk.
