Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a colleague to join our growing team in Bratislava. As a Policy Booking Analyst you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programs by supporting Network Partner Coordinators (NPC) and International Program Managers (IPM) and ensuring local policies are issued and serviced in line with our high standards of service delivery. You will be responsible for financial booking of assumed reinsurance policies in the administration system in precise and timely manner as well as support of reporting activities.

Main Responsibilities:
• Quality control of local policies issued by NP and comparison with local policy request form and internal system.
• Set up Network partner policies in the administration systems.
• Report on and support with clarification of any discrepancies found in the NP policies.
• Support with documents handling and proper archiving.
• Support the Head of IPM in the production of operational and portfolio reports (Excel skills required).
• Support the IPM team in the preparation of regional webinars including Power-point presentations.

About the Team
The International Program Operations team sits within the wider International Business team and we support Producing Offices in structuring and implementing International Programs as well as coordinate with Network Partners the issuance of policies in countries where we don't own a Swiss Re Corso Local Office. This means we work closely with many Swiss Re Corporate Solutions teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service Primary Multinational Programs for our mid-market and corporate client segments.
