We are opening a new position to lead an upbeat team of IT BAs and play a pivotal role in the IT partner onboarding growth of iptiQ! Your role

While you mentor IT BAs to constantly improve and have fun in their daily work, you as well act as responsible IT BA in an engineering team working on web-based applications with focus on frontend. You are determined to take every opportunity to sharpen your technical skills and introduce improvements to processes and collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead by example the Community of Practice for our IT BAs for web-based applications - provide mentorship, socialize standard methodologies and share your knowhow.

Be a standout colleague and understand the needs, vision and scope of client projects.

Drive IT business requirement gathering with clients and internally.

Define processes, data flows and write clear user stories for software engineers and the project team.

Embrace agile delivery

Ensure clarity on acceptance criteria and support in defining a sound testing strategy.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required skills

Demonstrated ability as Business Analyst for web applications in an agile software delivery organization.

Passionate team lead with good communication skills.

Confident workshop facilitator who drives effective teamwork.

Hands on experience with UML modelling and tools like Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Balsamiq or others.

Continuous learner with eye for details and holistic thinking – challenging current status-quo and actively crafting solutions.

Proficient English skills both spoken and written.

Scrum Master proficiency is a plus.
