Your main tasks:
- Responsible for pre-sales administration of reinsurance business
- Acting as a partner for underwriters (client facing staff)
- Communication with other departments
- Responsibility for data entries and reinsurance portfolio overview
- Data/portfolio analysis and creating databases of insured assets
- Involvement in risk assessment and modeling
- Processing information in MS Excel and further in reinsurance pricing tool
- Active participation in projects, initiatives
-Occasional business travels to other Swiss Re locations

We are a multinational, dynamic and engaged team of Business Coordinators, directly working with and supporting the client facing team, divided into smaller teams according to EMEA markets. We act as one team, we strive to expand our reinsurance knowledge, develop expertly and provide excellent service to our internal clients.

- Secondary or University education preferable in the field of Engineering, Technical Economics/ Business administration, Insurance
- English and German language
- Previous working experience is an advantage
- MS office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Solid analytical skills
- Common sense and pragmatic approach
- Can do attitude
