Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Junior Network Partner Coordinator you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programmes by being the link between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Producing Offices, the International Program Managers and the Network Partners around the world. You will coordinate the Network Partner Statement of Account Process as well as ensure local policies are issued and serviced in line with our global client's requirements, market regulations and SLAs.


Key responsibilities:
- Support other team members on transactional business and coordination of local policy and invoice issuance process using our IT Tools for a defined set of International Programs.
- Support the Local Policy Quality Control process, ensuring policies are issued in a timely and accurate manner, in adherence to Service Level Agreements and local policy requests.
- Support local premium collection process for Network Partners policies.
- Prepare Network Partner Statements of Account and coordinate clarifications within the team and internal stakeholders.
- Collect and document knowledge of individual network partners and local regulations.
- Support process enhancement initiatives as well as the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support the Head of International Programs in business reporting processes

About the Team
The International Program Management teams is part of the International Program Operations team and manages the relationship between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and the Network Partners. We work closely with many SRCS teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service Primary Multinational Insurance Programs for Global Corporate Clients.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Professional Profile:
- Minimum of a university bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Prior internship or professional experience in Operations, Finance, International Business or Insurance role will be an asset.

Languages:
- Fluent in Business English is a must.
- Spanish, German, French and other languages are an asset.

Personal Skills:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relations in a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality products under pressure.

- Prior international experience (living and working abroad or used to work within multinational team set-up) will be an asset.
