About the Role
In the Corporate Solutions Branch Controlling Team, we support legal entity and branch accounting, controlling and reporting activities. Furthermore, we ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and audit requirements.
Each team member has between 3-5 assigned branches. We have a complex financial overview of the assigned branches.
We are searching for new colleagues to become a part of our team, on a fixed-term contract for one year.
Main tasks
• Ownership and active management of assigned tasks relating to branch finance.
• Preparation of quarterly results for senior management, including providing of comprehensive financial and variance analysis.
• Preparation of qualitative reporting for internal clients as well as reporting to regulatory bodies on local accounting standards
• Closing activities on a quarterly basis for assigned branches including accounting tasks, controlling and reporting activities.
• Contact person for internal and external auditors.
• Be a substantial part of designing and testing team for our new accounting system.
• Contribute to improve processes and systems to ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and audit requirements, and to meet internal management expectations.
• Establish a network and closely collaborate with the respective professionals across the organization.

• Minimum two years of work experience in accounting/financial reporting
• University degree or qualification in Finance
• Understanding of financial reporting processes, risk and controls
• Proven PC skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is an advantage
• Team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English written and spoken
