We ensure that we pay out that hundred million dollar claim on time, but also that we don't miss a ten euro invoice for apples brough to our offices. If you join us, you will perform various tasks. Among others, you will generate, verify and send out payments, perform bank account reconciliations, divide and correct previously received installments. You will also actively communicate with banks investigating and resolving discrepancies in payment details. You will become a part of an extraordinary team with team members that support each other and help new-joiners assimilate quickly.

You will get your own portfolio of bank accounts, which will allow you to build professional relationships with your business partners
Your main everyday tasks will be: posting all incoming/outgoing entries into the system, as well as comparing bank statement balances with system balances to ensure they equal
During first months in the team, experienced colleagues will train you to perform additional tasks, such as entering client's information into master data management system, allocating premiums into correct ledgers, or evaluating compliance risk for outgoing payments
You will liaise with banks to make sure all payment details are clear and precise. We are positive that you will find exploring the way how banks communicate in their banking environment fascinating
At the end of every single day, month and quarter we will expect you to check if everything you processed was correctly posted and that all balances are on target
We know you will encounter errors from time to time, however we always stand behind our staff and will assist you with resolution

The Payments & Receipt team consists of 23 members of different ages. The scope of our team covers Europe, South Africa, Australia and some Asian countries, administration of payment connections and daily communication with our partners is essential. Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.

Let us describe yourself
You are graduate of Secondary Economic School or Secondary Grammar school or University degree preferably in the area of finance, banking, accounting, economics
You are able to communicate in English fluently and see no challenge in writing emails or having phone conversations. Being fluent in any other European language is an advantage for you
You are familiar with MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and have good verbal and written business social skills
