Your responsibilities

• Coordination and analysis of your own Life & Health client portfolio
• Clarify deviations and incorrect data with SR's internal departments and/or with the clients
• Data analytics and Cash flow management
• Business correspondence (call, email etc.) with clients.
• Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines

Knowing (re)insurance business and its principles is not required, but you really need to love working with numbers and to analyze data. Once you are hired, you will go through intensive training on process and tools we use daily. After the training, your main responsibilities will be administering the accounts of the clients in your portfolio, making sure you handle the accounts correctly on time and being primary contact for the clients. We have very close cooperation with stakeholders sitting in Zurich, Munich and Copenhagen. Therefore you will use English almost every single day and having the German knowledge can be a strong advantage as well.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• Fluent in English language
• Fluent in Spanish language
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
