About the role

This is an exciting growth opportunity to join the DOO for L&H Products and work closely with the L&H Products Leadership team. Are you curious and self-motivated, passionate about shaping and executing a large organization's communication strategy to support their development, helping L&H reinsurance writing their success story and closing the protection gap?

Our jobs are never quite done nor the same: above all in this role you will have a wide range of tasks at hand, often running in parallel, with shifting priorities, requiring agility, flexibility, good self-organizing and communication skills. You will:

- Support the DOO in synthesizing information from various sources to produce effective data analysis. This can be regular reports to manage the divisions budgets and FTE plans in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders or steering and governance information to monitor and manage operational risks within our division.
- Research information and translate figures and analysis in meaningful messages using visualization. These will be used to create a story line and to prepare key management presentations, committee material and for client events.
- Contribute to high-priority initiatives, activities and projects across L&H Products. They can be as tactical in nature (solving a problem) as they are strategic tasks (workforce planning, operating platform design).
- Frequently interact with executives, working alongside the sponsors or the champions of initiatives and projects, delivering on analytical tasks, and providing pertinent financial analysis to enable decision making.
- Help set and deliver on L&H Products and DOO priorities, which we collectively define, manage and monitor. Proactively reach out and support each other in the team beyond the areas of personal strengths and preferences.

This role will evolve over time, which means there will be opportunities to stretch and grow depending on your ability to deliver and learn.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1500 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.

Personality requirements and skills

About You

- You have a good financial acumen and proven experience in positions requiring a strong analytical approach - good understanding of our business is the basis preferable in the L&H to be able to make sound judgement calls on information and offer high quality advice to stakeholders.
- You have superior Excel and Visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) using your creativity to break down complex questions and provide simple answers.
- Committed, dedicated and trustworthy. We count on your integrity in dealing with highly confidential information.
- You have strong problem solving and good project management skills. You're a professional user of MO 360 and will continuously drive efficiency and quality assurance sharing your knowledge in the team.
- You can work in a fast pace environment with people from different backgrounds - you are used to different styles, preferences and cultures and have a willingness to reach out to new people and quickly build relationships.
- You don’t shy away from problems and/or conflicts and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
- You have an excellent command of English and possess good communication and influencing skills (written and verbal incl PowerPoint) that you easily leverage with stakeholders and senior management
