About the role
•Own and handle incidents, problems and change requests for assigned topics. Define and perform data quality checks and follow-up with data owners
•Design, develop, test and implement logic to extract, transform & load data from Producer applications into the Master Data Management Application using Oracle, PL/SQL, PowerCenter Informatica
•Technical design, implementation and maintenance of interfaces and database applications
•Perform and document system technical tests and align them with infrastructure requirements
•Monitor, maintain, and provide support for following target MDM Landscape technologies: MDM EBX5, standard Database Services (Oracle, DB2), Web services and Informatica PowerCenter
•Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

•We are a team of analysts and engineers, spread across multiple locations globally, driving the MDM function at Swiss Re.
•We are responsible for driving all stages of software development lifecycle including business analysis, solution design and platform management for nearly 700 master and reference data sets.
•We are the main points of contact for our customers, business partners and enterprise architects for all MDM topics.

•You have a Master / Bachelor degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or equal
•Min. 3-5 years of work experience with Oracle (Oracle 12c) database development (Data modeling, Database design, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)
•Solid knowledge of database development tools (i.e. TOAD, SQLPlus, SVN)
•Knowledge of ETL tools (i.e. PowerCenter) and Data modeling tools (i.e. Power Designer) is an advantage
•You have good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
•You have strong analytical, solution designing and problem-solving skills
