About iptiQ

About the role
In this role you will manage and advance Swiss Re's brand iptiQ. You will also be in charge of the development and maintenance of iptiQ's global Communication channels – with a strong focus on digital.
You will help position iptiQ as a leading InsurTech player in the B2B2C space by supporting and measuring external campaigns while at the same time ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. In a very dynamic environment you will help supporting the growth of the different iptiQ businesses – also through specific brand and marketing communications projects.

As the iptiQ Brand and Communications Manager you will ensure sharing of succes stories and lessons learnt through an engaged brand and communications community. In this regard you will work closely together with colleagues from the various iptiQ units but also Swiss Re Life Capital and Group.

The Brand and Communications Manager iptiQ:
Manages and evolves the corporate design across all channels providing strong governance and support to various stakeholders
Handles and further develops brand assets such as videos, ads, imagery, merchandising, stationary etc
Owns and publishes website and social media content of iptiQ as editor in chief, and works to further develop our strategic B2B marketing and communications channels
Drives implementation and maintenance of new channels
Runs the iptiQ brand and communications community embedding and sharing best practices and guidance on brand principles
Actively contributes to integrated campaigns providing creative, publishing and analytics support
Joins forces with communications and business colleagues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

About you
You have:
A Master's degree or equivalent, preferably Communications, Marketing, Business Administration
5 years of experience in branding, marketing, digital communications and social media
Experience in financial services or other B2B
Been exposed to global corporate matrix
Sound business judgement
Strong influencing/networking capabilities
Solid brand management know-how in terms of Corporate Design and brand values
A very good understanding of end-to-end, multi-channel publishing processes
Proven skills in maximising channels/tools in an integrated way with robust analytics
Solid capabilities of developing design assets with Adobe or similar software
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
A healthy attention to detail
Stamina and persistence to pursue new ideas
