What would be your role?

As a member of the Change Activities and Adoption team you will
- Support the adoption of digital tools for our internal customers (Swiss Re employees) globally to make their daily work life easier
- Support IT product owners and their teams regarding change management, communication and training for our internal customers on a global basis
- Ensure timely, consistent and audience relevant customer communication for new services and releases
- Plan and develop communication activities for the various channels (e.g. email, posters, events, communities)
- Provide support for the development of training material (e.g. virtual trainings, step by step guides, instructional videos, simple eLearning) and coordinate training sessions with external trainers
- Support the development of business scenarios that support our customers to adopt new ways of working
- Use continual improvement processes based on customer feedback to drive communication and training improvements

About the team
The Digital Workplace Change Activities and Adoption team is a highly motivated, globally dispersed team focused on helping Swiss Re's workforce achieve their full potential by enabling rich and pervasive Digital Workplace experiences that result in connecting the company, delighting customers, and accelerating the company’s digital transformation. Our work supports change management and drives the early adoption of Digital Workplace services based on end-to-end scenarios. We create and implement change management strategies, communication, and training that minimises employee resistance and maximises employee adoption of our Digital Workplace at Swiss Re.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need as a successful Digital Workplace Communication and Training Consultant?

-You have a master's or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, psychology or similar
-You have sound experience - and preferably a certification - in Change Management and/or Project Management
-You are proficient in English to the quality of a first language (oral and written)
-You are a creative person that likes telling compelling stories and creating engaging visuals
-You have digital dexterity, and are comfortable with explaining and simplifying complex issues
-You feel at ease to communicate across all levels of the hierarchy and have strong interpersonal skills to enable constructive collaboration
-You preferably have experience working in an agile (SCRUM) environment
-You preferably have experience with visual design (InDesign, Photoshop)
-You have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the following areas:
-Communication: familiar with editorial processes and newsletter publication, event management, change management, concise and target group oriented communication
-Training: training methodologies and training material creation
-IT environment: good understanding of IT processes and projects
