About your role:
• Collaborate to develop strong working relationships with key partners and be their trusted advisor.
• Run various strategic projects which help develop the location to a Centre of Excellence.
• Contribute to initiatives that address the growth strategy for Bratislava.
• Deliver C-suite level presentations, reports and analyses to senior management.
• Support senior leadership members in achieving the priority goals.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives which address key issues.

You will be part of our Strategic Initiatives team. We work closely with the location head and the senior leadership team of Swiss Re Bratislava on strategic and operational topics. As a trusted partner to the location leadership, we facilitate Swiss Re Bratislava's journey to becoming a Centre of Excellence. We handle key projects/initiatives which are essential to the location's development. By working on multiple projects you will collaborate with diverse partners across Swiss Re group.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 2500 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• You are a self-starter with a ''can do'' attitude.
• You are excellent communicator with strong command of written and spoken English.
• You possess strong influencing skills with the focus on developing lasting partner relationships in a multi-cultural work environment.
• You are result oriented individual who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
• Strong project management skills are required and experience in agile project management is a significant advantage. Change Management expertise will be highly appreciated.
• Certifications in project and/or change management is an asset.
• Experience in Consulting would be a significant advantage.
• People Leadership experience in a multinational company will be advantageous.
• Ability to understand the 'big picture' and translate requirements into daily operations and excellent presentations skills are precondition for your future success.
• You can work in a dynamic environment and actively adapt to changes in objectives in response to changing business needs.
• You are structured and well-organized professional with good analytical skills.
• You demonstrate high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality whilst working on key topics.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience within the Insurance/Financial services industry is preferred.
• A university degree with specialisation in Economics or Business management is preferred.
