About the role
Support Swiss Re's Group Tax Operations team to ensure completeness of necessary documentation. The role will support Group Tax Operations also with data management.

Role and Responsibilities
• Complete Withholding tax documentation
• Download data from internal systems.
• Electronically archive documentation on SharePoint
• Communication with internal partners (within Group Tax team and with other Swiss Re team) and occasionally with banks and external clients
• Request data from contacts and monitor the status
• Fill in data to various Tax workbooks
• Testing of internal systems
• Monitor outgoing and incoming post

About the team
We are looking for Direct Tax Analyst Assistant for our Group Tax Operations team. The Group Tax Operations team is a newly built team directly supporting the global Swiss Re Group Tax team with reporting, analytics and data management.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Student at University preferably in the area of finance or accounting
• English speaker (B2 level or higher)
• Advanced MS Excel and Word skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Able to work accurately to meet deadlines
• Able to adapt to change
• Great teammate
