About the Role
In this individual contributor role you will be part of a Business Management team that supports our Global HR leadership team, with two main responsibilities:
1) Run the business efficiently and efficient ensuring appropriate financial management and risk management by using the relevant systems, policies and practices.
2) Operations Support for HR Business Management Team.

Your Key responsibilities are:
• Overall responsible and accountable for HR wide budgeting, financial planning, cost tracking and controlling
• Understand the cost composition, know how much HR services and solutions cost and advice on appropriate cost measures
• Keep track of risk landscape and make sure issues are properly collected, mitigated and that the appropriate policies are implemented
• Support HR wide communication activities (e.g. support to prepare newsletter)
• Support HR wide risk & compliance activities (e.g. support to prepare audits, access management for certain tools
• Support HR wide finance activities (e.g. support cost tracking and planning)
• Support HR wide strategy & planning activities (e.g. gather data points, analyse data, acting as consultant)

About the Team
We are a small and dynamic team which supports senior HR leaders to run HR as a commercial, compliant and engaged function with discipline, rigor and commercial awareness.
In the mandate we deal with strategy and planning, financial management, project portfolio governance, community building, risk management and the support of HR leaders. The broad range of responsibilities gives an unusual insight and enabling a holistic approach.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1500 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
• 3 years experience in a similar role covering one or more areas such as Finance Operational Risk Management, Planning and Consultancy
• Ability to drive continuous improvements and think outside of the box
• Advanced analytical skills to build a compelling story or business case
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shown success in working in a highly matrixed environment
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations
• Strong influencing and social skills including operating across cultural boundaries
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness and stress resistance
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork across organisations
• Highly flexible, engaged and accountable
• Strong communicator in English (verbal and written) and able to convince people
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, savvy learner of new tools
