This is the opportunity for you to work in the dynamic international environment with people from other countries and cultures. You will closely collaborate with recruiters, vendors, agencies, managers and candidates. One of the goals of the team is to provide exceptional and positive interview experience for all parties. Therefore we all work together on the following tasks:
• Scheduling different types of interviews which include coordination of the participant's agenda, booking the rooms as well as processing travel costs of our candidates
• Daily communication with colleagues from abroad to make sure the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Finding opportunities for improving candidate's experience
• Creating and opening the vacant positions in the system and their handling until the right talent is found.
• Assisting in maintaining the volume of candidates pipeline to keep the interview process in motion
• Posting the jobs on foreign career pages
• Joining available Future of Recruitment Projects
• Solving other related HR queries

About the team:

HR Recruiting Services team is a part of the HR Solutions Centre in Bratislava. The team consists of dynamic people who support recruiters, hiring managers and applicants during the whole recruitment process in locations throughout EMEA and US region. We all collaborate closely together to achieve high client satisfaction and secure pleasant recruiting experience.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum salary from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time and other rewards. Our offer to you may be higher based on your experience.*

Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
