About the Role

•We provision the access in various methods for more than 100 global applications with in Swiss re.
•We manage the complete access product lifecycle during releases and infrastructure changes, ensuring that all changes are approved.
•Supports access community in case of inquiries by solving those and/or addressing them with the respective person or team.
•Supports the resolution of incidents and problems related to Identity and access management acting as 2nd level support.
•Takes over additional responsibilities occurring within the team such as (a) improving the respective processes and the quality management system contributing to enhanced customer experience and higher efficiency and (b) supports compliance and audit reviews.
•Communicates timely, appropriately, clearly and targeted to both internal and external customers as well as to team members.
•Fosters a culture of learning and development. Contributes to and supports team work and team spirit especially across the different teams.
•Following IT Security and Governance standards and regulatory compliance in respect of access and identity management.

We are multinational team of specialist serving 100+ applications and our clients all over the world. Our process covers the end-to-end lifecycle of access for internal, external employees as well as clients of Swiss-Re. Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1200 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

You have basic experience in identity and access management and end user support

•You can translate “IT” to the non-technical customer
•General IT knowledge (HOST, Windows, Active Directory)
•Basic ITIL knowledge of incident, problem management and request fulfillment
•You love people! Having an outgoing personality, you genuinely like to co-create with your colleagues, partners and customers
•You are a great team-mate
•You know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook
•You possess written and spoken communication skills in English (B1 / B2 level)
