You will be managing the operations and defining and implementing the strategic direction of the Compliance Department.

You will perform the following:
•Lead the production of Quarterly Compliance Reports, Annual Compliance Report, Annual Compliance Plan and annual qualitative assessment of the Department
•Lead contributor and coordinator in the production of management information for Compliance at a group level and facilitate coordination among colleagues as necessary
•Lead the regular group-wide Compliance Risk Assessment process
•Support the completion of key Compliance Risk related or group Compliance questionnaires and benchmarks (FINMA, rating agencies, counterparties)
•Lead the quarterly review of the Compliance Department' key risks and controls
•Manage the Compliance Department budget and FTE planning process coordinating with individual budget owners
•Act as process manager and invited guest for management meetings, steering the strategic agenda
•Maintain Compliance organisational information
•Oversee training escalation and annual attestation processes
•Lead the definition, assembly and analysis of important metrics including tools, analysis, reporting and periodic reviews of the framework
•Manage or participate in additional projects as necessary

In this role, you will be working closely with the management team of Compliance and directly see the results of your work.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

•Are proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
•Have ideally gained 5 years professional work experience in Compliance, risk management or operations experience, preferably in a financial services company
•Are Fluent in English, other languages a plus
