Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is broad role for a strong and independent communications professional with experience in content development and a great passion for translating complex concepts into simple messaging, touching a variety of different internal and external audiences.

In this role you will have the chance to develop and implement integrated internal communication strategies and messaging for iptiQ in Europe.

With us, you will lead the development and execution of key internal communication pieces, including townhall meetings, key stakeholder communication around new deals and internal newsletters. As part of this role, you will also be responsible to manage and grow our internal social media platform.

Your role will be key to support senior management and steer high impact communication initiatives ensuring alignment to the overall business strategy.

As a Communication & Marketing Expert you will also be responsible for our external messaging. You will be responsible for the content management and evolution of the iptiQ.com website, as well as strategic messaging around our proposition. You will develop a flow of new and fresh messaging for sales meetings, presentations and pitches.

Your role will expand to manage B2B campaigns and strategies to increase our exposure in key markets.

Our business is B2B2C. This means that as part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to engage in different projects where your creative writing skills will be an asset to engage consumers around insurance.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• >3 years of experience in Communications or Journalism

• Been exposed to a global corporate matrix

• Outstanding, proven English story-telling, writing and editing skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Strong planning/project management competence

• Exceptional influencing/networking capabilities

• Sound business judgment

• Attention to detail

• A passion for writing but interested to develop other skills

• A team player, resourceful, action-oriented, innovative, creative and willing to pitch in where needed

• Knowledge of behavioral economics practices a plus

• At ease liaising at all hierarchical levels

• Focused on quality, even under pressure

• Fluent in English (German, Spanish, French a plus)

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

• Experience in website and content management
