About the Role
•Create and maintain data pipeline architecture, manage data collection and refinement of existing data sources
•Independently analyse operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
•Maintain and evolve data analytics capability landscape
•Provide consulting to business leaders to develop appropriate reports, metrics and research
•Work with business units and other members of the technology department to design data solutions that enable to leverage data insights more efficiently and effectively
•Nurture close relationship with internal Digital Smart Analytics units in order to leverage services provided by the group
•Drive decisions that define a specific direction for the improvement and enhancement of analytics capabilities
•Maintain close alignment with the Technology team of Life Capital and across iptiQ departments

iptiQ is a unit within the newly created Swiss Re Life Capital; established to deliver white-label life insurance solutions to be sold through partners, directly to consumers. We are a young, motivated and technology driven team, organised to provide creative solutions for life insurance distributors across Europe that engage with consumers in non-traditional ways. Through our strong operational infrastructure, innovative thinking, insurance know-how and ecommerce competences we want to drive the digitalization of the life insurance business in Europe.

The Data & Analytics team will ensure that data is treated as an asset across the entire value chain of iptiQ EMEA and is accordingly stored and protected in line with the regulation.
