We, the Executive Office Corporate Solutions, are looking for you! You are an enthusiastic person that enjoys supporting the constantly developing activities at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting role for anyone who enjoys the variety and challenges of a fast-paced environment. Our activities range from process management to strategic and governance topics. We further support and run independent analyses and initiatives, affecting our business unit overall.

About the role

You will be joining an outstanding team committed to continuously improve and accelerate Operations. We collaborate closely with our partners across Corporate Solutions and the Swiss Re Group. The role reports into the DOO of Operations and entails the following main responsibilities:
•you support our divisional initiatives in the context of productivity, simplification and governance. This includes research, data analysis, elaborating options and recommendations, building partner consensus and help presenting to our senior executives
•you support the Operations DOO in driving the constant and balanced development of the Division
•you support some regular ad-hoc divisional tasks coming from our COO
•your support of other Executive Office teams rounds up this role

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

•We look for strong organisational skills, previously demonstrated in committee management and/or project management are an asset
•You demonstrate an exceptional "can-do" attitude
•You have strong analytical skills and structured thinking capabilities, i.e. ability to translate ideas into clear and consistent priorities as well as great story lining
•You show strong sense of ownership and dedication for your assignments, including attention to detail and accuracy
•We value the ability to deal positively with ambiguity and conflict, easily navigating through unstructured situations
•Working effectively under time pressure is what we love
•Cultural sensitivity, i.e. knowing how to interact effectively in various business cultures is what our team is made for
•You have sophisticated MS Office suite skills (in particular Power Point and Excel)
•We value excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages desirable
•Proven leadership experience in Insurance/Operations or experience as a Financial Services Consultant in one of the big 4 companies is considered a strong asset
•Higher level of education – graduate degree (Master's or MBA) preferred – Finance or General Management
•Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience

Professional Experience and Education

You should have a higher level of education – graduate degree (Master's) preferred – in Finance, Economics or General Management
You have preferably a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
