About the Role:

Are you passionate about bringing to life digital transformation within Communications? Do you want to be part of an inspiring journey to implement Swiss Re's digital media strategy? If you consider yourself a creative and experienced digital communicator, we have a multifaceted role for you.

You will be responsible for supporting the Content Management & Digital Media team as well as internal clients in managing and maintaining Swiss Re's internal and external digital channels. You will work closely with various Group Communications' teams to ensure the effective usage of the company's intranet, its internal dialogue and collaboration platforms, online newsletters as well as the Swiss Re website.

You will assist Swiss Re employees in publishing complex content, images, videos, audio files, webcasts, graphics on our external website swissre.com.

In addition you will train people outside the team to also use the publishing tools, so they can maintain their own content.

By handling incoming service requests in a timely fashion, you ensure the delivery of high quality customer services. This includes responding to the daily inquiries and requests coming into the team mailbox.

To succeed in this role you should be familiar with content management systems. Experience in SharePoint and Magnolia welcomed. It is a plus if you bring with you technical knowledge in areas such as HTML, CSS, Javascript or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks or equivalents.
