About the role

This position is for a Team Leader who will be responsible for all of the professional and administrative leadership of associates within this Procurement Operation Team. You will be leading new team with strong focus on their accountability and efficiency to deliver high quality service for internal customers.

Your responsibilities will be:

•Lead and develop the team of 4 team members and ensuring that they achieve all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines relating to defined operational procurement objectives
•Handle operational sourcing guidance and lead on procurement processes and tools for Vendor Data Management, supporting S2P process; guidance and training in procurement tool, purchase order creation, processing and reconciliation of invoices and handle external employee's data database
•Manage proper work distribution within the team. Collaboration and engagement with members of Sourcing Procurement team from other service centers Mexico and Bangalore
•Reporting and analysis
•Involvement in Sourcing projects to further process improvement and simplification
•Close interaction with various business departments, sourcing category managers and finance

About the team

We are part of the Swiss Re Global Sourcing Team based in Bratislava with global oversight responsibility.

About You

•You have a master or bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, business administration
•Ideally, you have around 5 years of working experience in multinational company with understanding of tools for S2P processes, invoice processes, Vendor Data Management and sourcing activities
•Ability to solve the problems and develop solutions
•Experience as a line manager/ deputy line manager is required
•You have excellent command over English language, other language is desirable
