About the role
The Sourcing Specialist (SP) will bring experienced sourcing and procurement services to internal customers in area of consulting services. The SP will support a variety of initiatives to reduce costs, and support processes that improve the quality of goods and services provided to their internal customers and work to ensure that all vendors serving Swiss Re help the organization meet its business goals.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Supporting category manager in HR& Professional Services and business areas with knowledge-sharing and Best Practices
• Support to commodity manager to review and approve POs. Ensure that correct contract and contract condition are in place
• Management of suppliers within the sub-commodities (including contract negotiations, payment queries, supplier evaluation and development)
• Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities
• Execute comprehensive RFQ process and support internal customers in timely manner
• Draft supplier contracts and Service Agreements, conduct legal reviews as assigned
• Responsible for providing input to the Sourcing Manager - Slovakia

You will be part of the Regional Sourcing Team in Bratislava, a unit within Global Business Solutions. We are a global Team spread across four locations with access to the global Sourcing Network. We support Category Sourcing from EMEA regions in area of IT Services, HR& Professional Services and Corporate Real Estate Services.

• You have a master or bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, business administration.
• Ideally, you have minimum of 3 years of Sourcing experience in external services contracting
• You have very good understanding of Sourcing systems
• You have excellent command over English language, other language is desirable
