As part of the regional team, you will act as a subject matter guide on OPD global solutions for the EMEA region. You will collaborate very closely with partners across OPD and HR, to change manage, plan, market, and implement our global and regional solutions.

You will enjoy this role the most, if you are keen on:

• Co-ordinate the planning, organisation and delivery approach of initiatives through strong project management.
• Scope out a realistic change management and implementation plan in joint cooperation with the regional HR Partners to deliver OPD initiatives, taking into consideration regional activities and measures to facilitate change.
• Contribute to the global design of solutions so they represent the Region's needs.
• Tactically outline the delivery mechanism of global solutions across the businesses within the region and handle the regional activities calendar.
• Closely work with subject matter experts, OPD regional Leads and OPD Partners to ensure high quality service and partnership.
• Inform and enable HR Partners on our solutions by preparing, curating and updating relevant material to equip them for roll-out (incl. digital formats).
• Collaborate and help interpret regional people analytics and use insights for diagnosing root-causes (reporting to be carried out by HRSD).

We in Organisation & People Development (OPD) are responsible for the design, planning and landing of various people development and learning programs. This includes strategic initiatives such as Strategic Resourcing, Talent Management, Executive Development, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion as well as blended, classroom and digitized learning.
