About the team
We are a small, new, friendly and team of 5 governance experts, including two lawyers, a data protection expert and a content management systems specialist. Our team works collaboratively and in an agile manner to help business functions find a way to bring their projects to fruition in a compliant manner.
We work with IT and business functions to understand applicable risks in their projects. This may be through training, awareness building, marketing or advisory services. Our new digital governance ninja will help us preserve the integrity of Swiss Re's global IT environment by providing advice and training, whilst keeping in mind Swiss Re's policies and strategic initiatives.
About You
If you are someone with a 'can do' attitude, you could be the person we are looking for. You love working with people, you are comfortable working with processes and you are customer-focused. You are also collaborative, enthusiastic and team-orientated. You understand IT colleagues, but you are equally comfortable to liaise with lay people and help them to understand technical terms. You can design and conduct training sessions with confidence, along with your team. Most of all, you are passionate about digital technology and you keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments.
