Job description, responsibilities and duties
Financial and Strategic Planning:
•Support the HR Business Manager in the preparation of financial closings and financial reporting
•Provide analytical support as requested
•Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and presentation of analysis as requested as well as the execution of workforce planning (summary and consolidation of inputs etc.).
Operational Risk Management & HR Governance:
•Act as focal point for risk and governance and reporting related topics in HR EMEA: collection of operational incidents & issues, their entry into Risk Management tool
Support the HR EMEA Leadership Team:
•Preparation of decision-relevant documentation, translating complex HR processes and reporting output into a digestible format to be shared with the HR Leadership Team EMEA or Business.
Talent Review and Employee Engagement:
•Provide analysis of Talent and Employee Engagement data, create pre-read and discussion packs for EMEA MT meetings for Head of HR by working closely with OE Consultant
•Consolidate program and graduate nominations and validate nomination quality
Performance Management:
•Support Head of HR EMEA with regional and functional reporting and Calibration.
•Produce Performance Management completion reports
•Track and maintain rating changes across for region EMEA

The position is a regional focal interface between the HR EMEA, Organization & People Development and HR Business Manager within EMEA region, responsible for facilitating the internal planning, risk management and control of the HR function.

•Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, quick learner of new applications/software
•Strong team player with a client-centric attitude and effective interpersonal/intercultural communication skills
•Proactive attitude willing and able to challenge the 'way we work' and develop more effective alternatives
