Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Perform HR administration tasks of Swiss Re benefits mainly COYou2 and Continuous Contribution award, health benefit and public transport benefit, reward and recognition program and other special local benefits
•Perform other HR administration tasks including position and employment management, time management, specific business letters preparation, accident insurance and invoice handling
•Provide services for internal clients on a global basis
•Ensure correct HR data and payroll entries and maintain internal systems
•Maintain strict adherence to HR processes and guidelines, apply 4 eye principle of all payroll relevant data entries
•Work closely with other HR teams like HR Administration team, HR Advisors and HR Partners to ensure proper handling of inquiry
•Drive for high customer satisfaction within given framework and constantly improve internal processes and procedures to increase client orientation and effectiveness
•Continuously optimize current portfolio, processes and procedures in close cooperation with other teams
•Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
•Support team lead with ad hoc tasks

About the team:
HR Administration Associate will strengthen Global HR Services team in order to support growing HR Solution Centre team in Bratislava. In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR administrative services that have been offshored from the US, EMEA and APAC locations (e.g, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Bangalore, Singapore and others) to Bratislava. Furthermore, you will be responsible for specific Swiss Re benefits administration that may require payroll inputs: COYou2, CCA, Health benefit, Public transportation and specific local benefits. The role involves also handling of other tasks, mainly preparation of specific business letters, time management, position and employment management (position creation, functional title changes, inactivating positions, manager changes and organizational unit changes). The role requires to work closely with all HR teams within Swiss Re, as global HR activities are being offshored to Bratislava.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•Work experience in HR or in an international environment (shared service center) preferred
•Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations as well as to communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees
•Strong attention to details with the ability to prioritize workload is a must
•Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
•Strong service and client orientation
•Capability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes
•Willingness to improve continually and seek for challenges
•Fluency in English and German is a must, any additional language ( French, Spanish, Italian) is strongly preferred
