Your responsibilities
• Coordination of Life & Health client portfolio
• Daily communication and business correspondence with internal and external clients
• Financial settlement of claims and triage of claim related documents
• Data analytics and Cash flow management
• Collaboration with various internal stakeholders and international clients across Europe

Knowing in (re)insurance business and its principles is not required, but you really need to love working with numbers and to analyse data. Once you are hired, you will go through intensive training on process and tools we use daily. After the training, your main responsibilities will be administering the accounts of the clients in your portfolio, making sure you handle the accounts correctly on time and being primary contact for the clients. We have very close cooperation with stakeholders sitting in EMEA therefore you will use English almost every single day during meetings or clarifications, which may arise throughout accounts validation.

About the team

Currently we have an open position in EMEA Team, which is newly established team in Technical Accounting. Being part of the team will bring you plenty of interesting opportunities such as participating in onboarding of new deals across the EMEA , seeing the portfolio growing with variety of unusual products such as micro-insurance or allowing you to collaborate with Actuary on portfolio deep dives and studies.

• University degree or equivalent on the job experience
