Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role and Responsibilities
• Complete Withholding tax documentation
• Download data from internal systems.
• Electronically archive documentation on Sharepoint
• Communication with internal stakeholders (within Group Tax team and with other Swiss Re team) and occasionally with banks and external clients
• Request data from contacts and monitor the status
• Fill in data to various Tax workbooks
• Testing of internal systems
• Monitor outgoing and incoming post

About the Team
We are looking for Direct Tax Analyst Assistant for our Group Tax Operations team. The Group Tax Operations team is a newly created team directly supporting the global Swiss Re Group Tax team with reporting, analytics and data management.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Student at University preferably in the area of finance or accounting
• English speaker (B2 level or higher)
• Advanced MS Excel and Word skills
• Communication skills
• Able to work accurately to meet deadlines
• Able to adapt to change
• Team player
