As B2B marketing manager you will help us to communicate the great value of our propositions, craft our identity and get access to the desired distribution partners. Explore with us new digital communication channels to engage with our clients, seek for attention and motivation to partner with us. You will be also responsible for the iptiQ P&C web content, thereby defining and designing to content structure and user flow. Internally you are part of our business development and distribution team to increase our conversion and traction in the European markets. Come and join us!

About the Team
We are a dynamic, international team which strives to create digital, simple and transparent white labeling solutions. You will be part of iptiQ EMEA P&C's business development team which is responsible to create tailored retail solutions with our external partners to serve the B-B-C market. We use the Swiss Re network to access state of the art technologies and capabilities, combine it with local expertise and an innovative mind-set, constantly questioning current ways of offering insurance.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree or equivalent
• Several years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, Content creation that drives business interest, whether it's PR stories, videos, social media etc.
• Strong lead generation and nurturing experience. A fundamental background in understanding which channels, tactics and messages deliver quality business leads.
• Good knowledge in sponsoring and event management
• Extensive customer experience, CRM or market research expertise
• Experience in execution comprehensive deliverables across the insurance value chain
• Creative and have many ideas how to improve the current market practices and enhancing the customer experience through simplified and transparent products
• Hands-on and independent working style embracing cross-functional teams and partnering with distribution partners from different industries and backgrounds
• Technology minded with a clear view on how technology can be used for customer friendly financial products
• Entrepreneurial and able to demonstrate commercial acumen when partnering with partners and driving product innovation
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external business leaders within German and English; fluency in other EU languages is an advantage
