Job description, responsibilities and duties
•Support the evolution of an innovative digital insurance capability landscape which enables and allows for continuous evolution of iptiQ’s digital business model in Life Protection business and systematic data analytics
•Deliver solutions and associated system releases throughout their life cycle
•Manage and deliver partner on-boarding, service model extension, and regulatory projects within the project portfolio
•Nurture close relationships within the Technology Development unit (near-shore portal development teams, IT Operations, Change Management) and with Operations.
•Prepare, drive, and implement enabling initiatives focussing on the improvement and enhancement of digital capabilities
•Implement change taking into account iptiQ's project governance and best practices.
•Coordinate with external vendors who provide core delivery services

iptiQ is a unit within the newly created Swiss Re Life Capital; established to deliver white-label life insurance solutions to be sold through partners, directly to consumers. We are a young, motivated and technology driven team, organised to provide creative solutions for life insurance distributors across Europe that engage with consumers in non-traditional ways. Through our strong operational infrastructure, innovative thinking, insurance know-how and ecommerce competences we want to drive the digitalization of the life insurance business in Europe.
The program delivery team will ensure a comprehensive and well-managed delivery of projects across all relevant functions within iptiQ EMEA.

•You have proven your experience and skills in a pan-European insurance business, and you are able to succeed in a multi-cultural, multi-location environment
•You have in-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes in (Life) Insurance Business and the obstacles towards digitalisation
•You have a real passion for and knowledge of technology and digitalisation
•You have a sound and documented track record in delivering projects under relevant project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent)
•You have long-term experience in applying agile methodologies and you implement such concepts in an effective and lean way leading by example
•You are able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, thanks to your highly collaborative style
•You seamlessly interact with executives, senior business leaders and project teams
•You communicate complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
•You are completely self-managed, and able to solve problems and develop solutions
•You work well under pressure and on multiple and conflicting priorities
•You have an excellent command of spoken and written English
